Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the San Francisco office, ensuring a productive and organized workspace for all employees.
- Manage vendor relationships, including IT support, office services, and catering, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service standards.
- Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, board meetings, and company events, handling all logistics and travel arrangements.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing training.
- Monitor office inventory and supply levels, managing the office budget and processing procurement orders efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for front-desk reception and general inquiries, representing the company professionally at all times.
- Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing office budgets and vendor relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on team collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field is preferred.
