Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and schedule complex calendars for executive leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and visitors.
- Process accounts payable and expense reports with high accuracy.
- Manage office inventory, including supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Support HR initiatives and maintain employee records.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to San Antonio, TX.
