Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and organized environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and corporate functions, including catering and logistics.
- Supervise and mentor office staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate office records, manage filing systems, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, answering inquiries and directing calls.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in an office management or administrative coordination role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience with basic accounting software and expense reporting is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
