Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the overall workflow of the office to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate with and manage relationships with external vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, and IT support.
- Office Administration: Handle correspondence, manage filing systems, and ensure all office policies and procedures are followed.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
- HR Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, maintain employee records, and coordinate benefits administration.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor office supply inventory and manage the office budget to prevent overspending.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Strong multitasking and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to troubleshooting office issues and resolving conflicts.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
