Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the Kansas City office, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and managing office budgets effectively.
- Staff Coordination: Supervise front-desk staff and interns, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company-wide meetings, team-building events, and client reception activities.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, managing phone systems, emails, and visitor logistics.
- Asset Management: Maintain office inventory, manage supply orders, and ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the physical workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management, administrative assistant, or executive assistant role.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new CRM or project management software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
