As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, ensuring that our team can focus on what they do best. You will oversee the day-to-day administrative activities, manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, and act as the primary point of contact for vendors and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the New York office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies inventory, negotiate with vendors, and process invoices to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate and organize internal meetings, company events, and client visits, ensuring all logistics are flawless.
- Act as the primary receptionist and first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Assist with basic IT support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues and managing user accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in the New York metropolitan area.
- Proven experience in budget management, vendor relations, and office supply procurement.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
