Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Oklahoma City office, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including catering and logistics.
- Supervise and train junior administrative staff, providing guidance and feedback.
- Monitor and maintain office inventory, ensuring supplies are restocked and equipment is in good working order.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Assist with basic HR duties, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
- Proven experience in vendor management and budget oversight.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
