Responsibilities
- General Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring all facilities run efficiently and effectively.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including maintenance, cleaning, and IT support.
- HR & Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, new employee onboarding, and maintain personnel files and records.
- Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation, monitor office expenses, and process invoices and reimbursements.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing phone calls and emails professionally.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company meetings, team-building events, and client reception activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting office issues.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Business Administration certification is a plus.
