Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately to the medical team.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or equivalent foreign license with current verification).
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school (ADN, BSN, or MSN).
- Eligibility for or current ability to obtain US Work Visa sponsorship (H1B, Green Card, etc.).
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
