Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision during paid training period
- Complete hospital orientation and clinical skills development modules
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Adhere to JCAHO and facility safety protocols
- Participate in continuing education and skill workshops
Qualifications
- Foreign-educated nursing degree with valid credentials
- English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL 80+)
- Pass NCLEX readiness or willingness to pursue
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Unrestricted work authorization eligibility
