Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, resolving inquiries and routing tickets to the appropriate departments.
- Assist customers with check-in/check-out procedures and provide detailed information about our services and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Identify and address customer needs proactively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
