Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and quality control
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and material handling equipment
- Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies in real-time
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with day shift managers for operational continuity
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 10 certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of WMS software and inventory systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
