Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure efficient inventory control using WMS systems and RF scanning technology
- Maintain OSHA compliance and implement continuous safety improvements
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum productivity and accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift and transportation teams
- Resolve operational escalations and implement process improvements
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with automation systems and robotics in warehouse settings
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
