Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 weekend warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance coaching
- Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations for high-volume weekend shipments
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities and incidents
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
