Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts and system reconciliation
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free operations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation partners
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain customer satisfaction
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 2nd/3rd shift environments
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Experience with OSHA reporting and compliance documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Forklift certification required
