Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate 10-15 night shift team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory systems for maximum efficiency
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching for team members
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Valid forklift certification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
