Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 15+ team members during night shift operations
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Conduct inventory audits and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with day management team
- Address performance issues and foster a positive work culture
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3rd shift environments
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
