Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-12 night shift team members, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics operations, including inventory audits and shipment verification
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all warehouse activities
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and process automation tools
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day-shift management and quality control teams
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to senior leadership
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI tracking documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations environment
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in conflict resolution
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
