Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members during 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM operations
- Optimize warehouse workflows for order fulfillment, inventory management, and cross-docking
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification and forklift operation expertise required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills for shift transitions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety audits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
