Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during peak night shift hours
- Operate industrial equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional team workflows for receiving, sorting, and shipping operations
- Conduct real-time quality control audits and documentation of all logistics activities
- Implement process improvements to optimize night shift productivity metrics
- Maintain accurate warehouse management system (WMS) data in real-time
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or fulfillment experience with night shift preference
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance for inventory accuracy
- Valid California Driver's License and clean MVR record
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership in high-volume environments
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday with weekend flexibility
