Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound inventory with RF scanners in 150,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for efficient material movement
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain 99.5% inventory accuracy standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for order fulfillment during peak evening hours
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
- Train on WMS systems and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience (night shift preferred)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficient in RF scanning technology and basic inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (Sun-Thu, 10 PM-6 AM)
