Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ night shift associates through performance coaching
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with day shift and transportation teams
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting procedures
- Generate nightly performance reports and recommend process enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- Proven expertise in WMS systems and inventory control methodologies
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced overnight environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
