Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 15+ night shift staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handovers and process improvements
- Implement performance metrics and KPIs for continuous operational excellence
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure OSHA compliance
- Handle escalated customer inquiries regarding night shift operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving abilities during high-pressure situations
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
