Responsibilities
- Oversee all inbound/outbound shipments during 11 PM - 7 AM shift
- Manage 15+ person night crew with performance metrics tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional dock operations and inventory control
- Implement safety protocols ensuring OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Resolve operational escalations with real-time problem-solving
- Generate shift reports for executive leadership review
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience
- Proven night shift leadership background
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (Manhattan, Oracle, etc.)
- Forklift certification ( sit-down and stand-up)
- Strong data analytics and KPI reporting skills
- Ability to work independently during peak hours
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
