Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and inventory shipments using WMS systems
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for timely delivery
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage zones and optimize warehouse layout
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient with basic inventory management software
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
