Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory with precision
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to strict quality standardsOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
