Responsibilities
- Safely unload, sort, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners and forklifts
- Perform inventory audits with precision and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Operate automated conveyor systems and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
