Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members during peak hours
- Optimize inventory management systems for 24/7 operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct audits
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation teams
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency
- Train staff on new equipment and software systems
- Generate daily performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment expertise
- Proficient in WMS and inventory software (SAP preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedule
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
