Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members, coordinating daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and operational efficiency standards
- Conduct shift briefings, performance reviews, and provide real-time coaching to staff
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to management
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA certification and advanced knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate diverse teams
- Problem-solving expertise in high-pressure logistics environments
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse conditions
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred
- Valid forklift certification required
