Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 team members during overnight shifts
- Ensure efficient inventory handling and order fulfillment
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Use WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings
- Address operational issues promptly
- Prepare shift performance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (WMS experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Reliable transportation to industrial areas
- Pass background/drug screening
- No prior warehouse experience required
