Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage 10-15 team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate complex challenges to management
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Forklift certification required
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
