Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift associates in daily warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
- Manage inventory audits and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems
- Ability to work independently during night shift
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
