Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate night shift warehouse staff (15-20 employees)
- Monitor inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize workflow for order fulfillment and shipping
- Train and develop team members for operational excellence
- Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
