Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift associates in receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement lean principles to improve productivity and reduce operational costs
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Utilize WMS systems (e.g., Oracle) for inventory tracking and reporting
- Manage performance reviews, training, and disciplinary actions
- Address escalated customer inquiries regarding night shift operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification required
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
