Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 member night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and advanced inventory management expertise
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and crisis management abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
