Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory throughout facility
- Maintain organized and clean workspaces following OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Train on new equipment and processes to maintain operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
