Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team in receiving, packing, and shipping operations
- Optimize warehouse workflow using WMS systems and lean principles
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce compliance protocols
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and inventory management
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with day shift leadership
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA certification and forklift operator license required
- Proficient in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and team development abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Associates degree in logistics or supply chain preferred
