- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory in our climate-controlled facility
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Use warehouse management software for inventory tracking
- Participate in monthly safety drills and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper lifting techniques
- Reliable transportation and punctual weekend availability
- Basic computer literacy (training provided for WMS systems)
- Strong teamwork skills and clear communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- No felony convictions (required for equipment operation)
