Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate overnight warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Lead team of 10-15 associates, providing training and performance feedback
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce errors
- Generate daily reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and safety metrics
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven ability to manage teams during overnight shifts
- Forklift certification and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
