- Direct and coordinate 15+ night shift team members in receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations for night staff
- Collaborate with day shift managers for operational continuity
- Resolve escalated customer service issues and supply chain disruptions
- Generate daily productivity reports and KPI analytics
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- Forklift certification and advanced inventory management expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong conflict resolution and team development skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
