Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift employees, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance throughout the facility
- Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate with day shift for seamless transition
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely loading/unloading of shipments
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
