Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members during peak warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory workflows and ensure 99.8% order accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and inventory teams
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff training programs
- Resolve operational bottlenecks using real-time data analytics
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and facility security
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift operations
- OSHA Forklift certification and hazmat handling credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environments
- Associates degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Valid Washington state driver's license
