Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift team members, ensuring optimal productivity and safety protocols
- Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving operations, and quality assurance checks
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with day shift supervisors and management
- Implement process improvements using lean methodologies and KPI tracking
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain accurate documentation
- Train new hires on warehouse systems and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Basic Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
