Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with accuracy
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders for shipment following quality standards
- Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform equipment maintenance checks and report issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Availability for night shift (11 PM - 7 AM) including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Norfolk facility
