Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff during overnight shifts, ensuring task completion and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management processes, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Conduct quality control inspections and resolve operational issues in real-time
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory counts and shift reports
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handover and operational continuity
- Implement OSHA compliance standards and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership in shift-based environments (night shift preferred)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle experience a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
