Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional departments for seamless workflow
- Resolve operational challenges and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts
