Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift associates in receiving, inventory, and shipping operations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain zero-accident standards
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS systems to meet 99.5% accuracy targets
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations for night staff
- Coordinate with day shift managers for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve escalated customer service issues during overnight hours
- Train new hires on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
