Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 night shift staff, delegating tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate inventory management and shipping/receiving operations
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with day shift management
- Train and mentor new team members on SOPs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
