Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the night shift staff to ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control procedures to minimize shrinkage and maximize accuracy.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all employees.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations to foster team development.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper handling of forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations in real-time to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with day shift management to ensure seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience is highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
