Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team with daily task delegation and performance coaching
- Implement inventory control protocols using WMS systems to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional operations between receiving, packing, and shipping departments
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using lean methodologies
- Generate shift reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Train new hires on warehouse equipment and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of California labor regulations
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
